A weekly class on Thursdays at 1:00 PM at Capel Seion Village Hall, Capel Seion, SY23 4ED

As we grow older many of us find that our balance and coordination is weakened, our joints start to ache and we loose suppleness & strength. If this sounds familiar, Pilates can help. These classes offer a holistic approach to body conditioning geared towards improving your core strength, suppleness,  balance and co-ordination.

The classes are suitable for you if you want to:

  • Improve your body awareness
  • Improve your core strength
  • Reduce posture-related pain

They are ideal for the more mature lady (or gentleman) who is struggling to stay fit or suffers from postural related pain.

The cost for  the 4 consecutive classes is £28 if booked and paid for in advance. Individual classes are £9. Classes are strictly limited to a maximum of 10 participants. Pre booking is recommended.
