Get fit and improve your riding, balance & posture. This new 4-week course starts 6:00 PM on Tuesday 10 September.

These classes offer a holistic approach to body conditioning geared towards improving your core strength and suppleness, making you a better balanced and more effective horse rider.

The classes are suitable for you if you want to:

  • Improve your body awareness
  • Improve your core strength
  • Reduce posture-related back pain
  • Become a more effective rider
  • Increase your confidence in the saddle
  • Have fun

They are ideal for the more mature rider, who is struggling to stay fit or for anyone, regardless of age or experience, who wishes to improve their posture & core.

The cost for 4 classes is £30 if booked & prepaid in advance. Individual classes are £9 a session. Classes are strictly limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
